You and Selvessa Labs waive the right to a jury trial.

All claims must be brought on an individual basis only. You and Selvessa Labs agree that neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
